Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with bookkeeping activities. The successful candidate should demonstrate accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare accounting documents and reports
- Maintain accurate filing of financial records
- Support the accounting team with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Previous accounting experience is preferred
