Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify data into databases and systems.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data and correct any inconsistencies.
- Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
- Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
