Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial data entry.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Prepare financial documents and reports for management.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist with payroll and tax filing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
