Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient food preparation environment. The ideal candidate will assist kitchen staff with preparation, cleaning, and routine kitchen duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Receive, store, and organize kitchen supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, cooperative, and physically fit
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred
